HQ Truck Parts terms and conditions for purchase. A minimum order of $50.00 is required. For orders of $250.00 or more there is no charge for ground freight delivery. This freight policy does NOT apply to Universal Joint Kits. Please speak with your HQ sales representative for special pricing and quantity discounts. Standard stock items can usually be shipped within 24 hours. HQ Truck Parts payment terms include customers paying by credit card on-line or invoicing with net 30 days. Our HQ return policy states that no merchandise may be returned without our written authorization and part label number, which must appear on all paperwork and packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge plus any reconditioning of the shipper. All customers who complete a sales order are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions stated.
